Just fixed mine , most top issues with most convertibles is the oil in the hydraulic system, in a 200 it is in the trunk slightly to the left . Remove the panel in the trunk , may you need to remove 2 screws. You would need an Allen wrench for the hydraulic tilt it up and pour the oil .
